is the first ECU that is fully Plug&Play on to the standard

GP1 EVO

This is a very powerful tool that allows management of all the ECU

settings. The software works in real time and includes data acquisition

analysis for dyno development. It also has a computer-assisted

map development tool. In short, this is an ideal instrument for

fast and accurate calibration that can be used by anyone, saving

much money and time, and their engine life.

ECU functionalities:

• Injection times and ignition advance management

• Rev limiter setting

• Acceleration fuelling and injection phase management

• Injection and advance maps on a gear-by-gear basis (if sensor

connected)

• Quick shifter, cut-off times and time-out management

• Engine starting strategies

• Sensor input and actuator output calibration

• Auxiliary inputs for speed sensors (for launch and traction control

strategies)

• Pre-set input for map 1-2 switch

(optional)

• CAN BUS line for connecting

data acquisition systems. All

engine parameters are passed

on to the data acquisition

system with single communication

wire only.

Software

The main software allows management of all ECU’s functions in

real-time when working on the dyno. (optional, supplied with the

programming interface). Computer-assisted mapping tool. The

user sets the Lambda targets

and the ECU automatically

changes and records

the injection times through

the wide-band Lambda

probe connected to it. This

valuable tool helps save

much development time

and your engine life.

Data acquisition software.

This allows analysing the data onto your computer when working on the dyno.

(1) Main fuel injection time based on Rpm vs. Load

- Acceleration and Deceleration Correction for Injection, Ignition

- External manifold air pressure (MAP) sensor

- Adjustable engine speed limiter with pre-limiter offset

- Load indicated by Throttle Position (“TPS”) and/or MAP

- Selectable trigger wheel tooth N-2, N-1, N+1.

- Closed loop lambda control (narrow or wide band)

- Automatic and adjustable relay drive based on engine RPM
